Queen’s birthday market II
The weather was great, and helped to make the giant market a success. We received a lot of things from various people, for which we are thankful. We were able to sell most of the goods to a very large crowd of enthusiastic and cheerful public.
The high point, however, were Thijs and Bram (9 and 7), who donated their proceeds from selling toys to Matunda. €100! These two kids, who in this way wanted to help the less fortunate kids of Matunda, are a humbling experience to us all.
